Refund & Return Policy


At DreamDrizzle, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

📦 Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items include:

  • Products marked as Final Sale or Clearance
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
  • Personal care or hygiene-related products (if applicable)

🔄 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at contact@dreamdrizzle.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
  3. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions and an address for shipment
  4. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

↔️ Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

🚫 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/video of the damaged item and packaging

We'll offer a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required in these cases.

⏳ Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before they are processed for shipping. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible, but our returns process will apply.
