RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your DreamDrizzle purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns and refunds.

RETURN WINDOW

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 14 days, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at checkout
- Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
- Gift cards

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item/packaging. We'll cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.

HOW TO START A RETURN

1. Email us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll confirm eligibility and send you the return shipping address.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back within 7 days of approval.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll notify you of the approval status.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

PROCESSING TIMES

Because our products ship from international fulfillment partners, please allow:
- 1–3 business days for us to inspect a returned item after it arrives
- 5–10 business days for refunds to reflect in your account after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider

REFUNDS

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. Shipping fees (if originally charged) are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they're defective or damaged. If you need a different size, color, or model, please return the original item (once accepted) and place a new order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, before they enter processing. After that, the order may already be in fulfillment and cannot be cancelled — you're welcome to request a return once it arrives.
